Speaking Engagements
• Mr. Hubbard has spoken at over 100 colleges and universities. He speaks primarily about his work as a
documentary photographer and the method of participatory documentary photography. His most recent
engagement is as a Key Note Speaker, along with Angela Davis, at Northern Michigan University (September
2006), where he will be presenting work from Shooting Back and Venice Arts, as well as his own work, at a
conference on diversity.
